NOW HIRING in the Hatchery Department. You are responsible for working within a team performing assigned tasks throughout the hatching process. In this process, a hatchery worker collaborates with team members in egg handling, hatch preparation, hatches and general clean up. In addition, a Hatchery Worker learns the proper and safe handling of birds.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Adhere to Company, Safety, and Animal Welfare policies and procedures
Work well with team members in the Hatchery department
Maintain proper handling for safety of the birds
Perform assigned tasks maintaining production flow
Follow cleaning procedures
Perform detail-oriented work with repetitive movement of hands
Job Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to follow instructions
Work well within small team environment
No experience necessary
Maintain a positive attitude
Ability to rotate to other jobs as required
Comfortable working with live animals
Maintain good attendance record
