This is a 100% Travel Position, so all candidates must be prepared to be on the road for up to 4-6 months. Cable Technicians will be performing telecom installations inside commercial buildings for the entire duration of the project. Including running/terminating data cable along with installing physical switches and Wireless access points. Technicians will be working in a crew of 2 and assigned their routes. Company pays all travel expenses, including per diem, air fare, hotel, rental vehicles and Ubers.
Skills Wanted
Technicians with experience in installing, running, terminating, and punching down Cat 5/Cat 6 cable to BICSI standards.
Experience working inside commercial or retail buildings.
Ability to stand, stoop, bend, work with hands raised above head, and lift 50+ LBS
Construction experience
Technicians must have there own hand tools for installing Cat5/Cat6 cable
This is a Travel Position, so any travel experience is a plus.
