No experience necessary, we will train you to do everything that you need to do. General non-skilled labor for lampshade assembly using hand tools and some light machinery. We are a small company (16 employees) so you must fit into somewhat of a "family environment" and pull your own weight. A good attitude and work ethic is fundamental.
