HR Generalist

The Human Resource Generalist would be responsible for:Administer compensation and benefit plansAssist in talent acquisition and recruitment processesConduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiativesProvide support to employees in HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arisePromote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplaceAssist in development and implementation of human resource policiesUndertake tasks around performance managementConduct exit interviews, analyze data, and make recommendations to management for corrective action and continuous improvementKeep accurate employee personnel filesEnhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activitiesMaintain all HR plant related forms and documents to IATF/QS14001 standardsOther duties as assignedThe Human Resource Generalist Requirements:Minimum of 3 years' experience in a human resource role. Payroll experience is a BIG plus.Associate's or bachelor's degree with an emphasis in human resources or PHR/SHRM-CPFamiliarity with the Workers' Compensation Act, Employment Standards Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act and regulations, and any other related legislationHave an outgoing, energetic personalityStrong decision making and problem-solving skillsStrong conflict resolution skillsThis position is in a manufacturing environment so previous experience in a manufacturing environment may be helpful.If this sounds like you- We want to talk to you!
