Responsibilities include but are not limited to for line cook:
Learning all line positions over time and fluently and understanding flavor profiles.
Encouraging teamwork environment.
Caring for the customer experience.
Accepting guidance from ownership and management of the operation.
Willingness to change and be flexible with food trends and restaurant growth.
Being an example of maturity and professionalism
Responsibilities include but are not limited to for dish washer:
Cleaning dishes with care
Accepting guidance from ownership and management of the operation
Able to be flexible with hours
Being professional
Desire to grow and learn more than just the dish position
