Sandbros Logistics is hiring owner ops to pull Sandboxes in West Texas.

80/20 split on pay
Average 15-22 loads a week. This is based on the driver & how well you run.
Average bring home pay after fuel & fee is between 2,500-3,500 a week.
Must have 2-3 years exp. Pass drug screen, pass MVR & PSP check. If you have an accident on your record please just provide us a police report to be approved.
H2S and PEC/ Safeland/ RigPass Certifications Required
Must be able to:
Communicate in English
Properly Text and Communicate via Cellphone
Maintain proper Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports
Maintain proper hours of service logs.
Complete legible and correctly filled out paperwork.
Submit all paperwork in a timely manner.
Follow directions from dispatch
Equipment Requirements:
Trucks must be 2000 or newer
Trucks must be and able to run E-Logs
In DOT compliance
Our drivers run a schedule of
3 weeks on 4 days off
4 weeks on 7 days off
Owner Operators:
$500 Sign-On Bonus for the Permian Basin Only
No down payment needed for insurance
Plate program
