Job Title: Field Technician
End Client: Navy and Marine Corps

Job Duties:
Provide desk side support to computer Hardware, Software, and other electronic or mechanical devices including clients, servers, and legacy systems.
Provide limited desk side support on a periodic basis to waterfront and pier side system/network.
Provide resolution of incidents that could not be resolved remotely and are transferred from the Service Desk to the site for resolution.
Investigate, resolve, document, and report the causes and corrective actions in the NGEN Incident Management System for all incidents assigned by the Service Desk.
Comply with escalation procedures and Government directed prioritization to resolve assigned incidents consistent with NGEN Service Level Requirements
Provide break fix support for contractor furnished and government owned printers
Maintain and support deployable end user devices for use in an expeditionary or field environment.
Perform all information assurance activities at the site to fulfill the Local Element role, to include Electronic Key Management System (EKMS) requirements (Applicable to the Cyber Security Specialist labor category only).
Daily tasks will be assigned by Field Services in accordance with the labor category and role filled by the resource(s).
