We are looking for Deployment Technicians & Floor Walkers to be engaged on site at a Major Financial Institution on a Windows 7/10 deployment project. We are looking for technicians experienced with building, imaging, and deploying Win 10 on laptops and desktops.
Windows 10 Deployment at various Branch locations in the Montgomery AL area.
Duration:
Now through November 2022
Role:
Deployment Technicians & Floor walkers
We will have deployments on the Weekend and during the week.
Pay Rate: $22+/hr
Job Description:
· Build, Image, and deploy Win7 and Win10 laptops and desktops
· Manage and coordinate build queue
· Coordinate and follow up on new hire replacement equipment
· Document and track deployments and assets as directed
· Manage the full lifecycle of hardware and software deployment
· Escalate errors and issues to your manager as required
· Resolve issue for clients face to face and remotely
Qualifications:
· 3-5 years Previous experience on a desktop/ laptop deployment rollout of Windows 10
· Previous corporate desktop support experience
· Proven customer service and client facing background
· Excellent communication skills
· A+ or other certification a plus
· Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
· Positive and professional demeanor
