What does a great Director of Vulnerability Management do at Fiserv?
We are looking for a senior leader to drive its Vulnerability Management program. We need a seasoned technologist with deep expertise in security, high-scale distributed systems and proven expertise in implementing large programs across globally distributed teams.In the role, you will drive the strategic direction and execution plans for the Vulnerability Management program for security across all Fiserv globally. You will establish the vision and guide the implementation of world-class vulnerability detection capabilities in our on premise and cloud environments. You will scale out our vulnerability life-cycle processes and be responsible for managing vulnerability risk.You're the kind of person who can:•Own the vision, drive the strategy and execution plan to build a world-class VM program at scale•Partner with Threat Intelligence and Cyber Security Incident Response team to deliver shared outcomes that measurably improve our efficacy and efficiency to detect and respond to vulnerabilities and threats•Establish credibility as a trusted advisor to stakeholders•Create and lead a high performing global team of security professionals through vulnerability life-cycle processes such as detection, analysis, prioritization and reporting•Establish relationships with cross-functional teams for effective oversight of remediation efforts and to understand and help solve challenges•Understand Fiserv's business, technology, and its surrounding ecosystems, and develop a vulnerability management program that minimizes impact and reduces risk to the firm•Establish clear priorities for the vulnerability management team and execute strategies for successful fulfillment of projects based-on risk, benefits, and alignment with organizational strategies and objectivesQualifications For Consideration:Bachelors Degree or high school diploma/GEDMinimum of five years of experience in cybersecurity organizational practices, operations risk management processes, architectural requirements, and vulnerability riskMinimum of ten years experience building a vulnerability program•Minimum of 10 years proven experience and demonstrated success in technology leadership with emphasis on vulnerability management, information security and a strong technical background•Minimum of five years of demonstrated experience building and managing vulnerability management programs from vulnerability discovery processes to remediation and validation•Results orientated with proven ability to mobilize and energize large, complex cross-functional teams to drive down vulnerability risk•Demonstrated experience with current automated and human-driven approaches to vulnerability identification management•Expert analytical skills and in depth knowledge of regulatory and compliance practices related to the financial service industry•Strong written and oral communication skills and be able to sufficiently and clearly communicate complex ideas in simple terms for key stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications For Consideration:Cloud experience, specifically scanning and transporting data to the Cloud with AWS or AzureService now vulnerability management experience is a big plusTenable security center experience nice to haveLearn more about Fiserv!In a world moving faster than ever before, Fiserv helps clients deliver solutions in step with the way people live and work today we move at the speed of life.
