NOW HIRING WIRELESS REPAIR STORE MANAGER - Prattville, AL
DANG IT REPAIR is a subsidiary of Absolute Wireless, a preferred T-Mobile provider.
Expected compensation: $34,000 - $38,000 annually
The wireless retail store manager is an in-store managerial and repair position. This is your opportunity to help guide your team to success as well as work alongside them on the repair floor. This position is located next to our Absolute Wireless, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer store in Prattville, AL. You will be working directly with customers regarding their device issues. Typical repair includes software issues, & physical damage including but not limited to charging ports, batteries, LCD & touchscreen replacements. You will be a part of a team with the goal to succeed through meeting the customer's needs as well as striving to meet personal goals.
Qualifications:
Management or leadership experience preferred.
Previous customer service & cell phone repair experience a plus.
Technical and troubleshooting skills required.
Disassembly, Repair, and Reassembly of devices.
Strong technical aptitude.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Able to work retail hours of operation including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
