Learn more about the position and us below—we look forward to meeting you on September 14th PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER JOB DUTIES: Assemble parts and components per work standards. Maintain the necessary units per hour for prompt and critical delivery to customer. Operate production line equipment within quality guidelines. Troubleshoot problems and advise Team Leader/Supervisor of any problems. Work with others on the Team to maximize efficiency and reduce scrap/downtime. Perform 5S activities to maintain the work area and assure qualityproduction. Maintain a safe working environment and report safety problems as they arise. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Ability to stand for an extended period (8-12 hours) and lift up to 25 lbs. Frequent bending, reaching with arms forward/above the shoulders. Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and reliability in reporting to work EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent. 6 months of amanufacturingfacility or similar factory/productionenvironment experience is preferred. WORK ENVIRONMENT Plant work environment. It is an air conditioned building but plant floor temperature may fluctuate during the cold and hot months. Exposure to noise and bright lights.
