Learn more about the position and us below—we look forward to meeting you on September 10PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER JOB DUTIES: Assemble parts and components as per work standards. Maintain the necessary units per hour for prompt and critical delivery to customer. Operate production line equipment within quality guidelines. Troubleshoot problems and advise Team Leader/Supervisor of any problems. Work with others on the Team to maximize efficiency and reduce scrap/downtime. Perform routine functions to support the operation of the machines. Perform 5S activities to maintain the work area and assure quality production. Maintain a safe working environment and report safety problems as they arise. Other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor/Team Leader JOB REQUIREMENTS: Ability to stand for an extended period (8-10 hours) and lift up to 25 lbs. Frequent bending, reaching with arms forward/above the shoulders. Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and work ethic. Reliability in reporting to work as scheduled. Ability to work overtime as required. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. 6 months of a manufacturing facility or similar factory / production environment experience is preferred.WORK ENVIRONMENT Plant work environment with seasonal fluctuations in temperature (hotter in the summer, cooler in the winter).
