General housekeeping cleaning: Lobby, Hallways, Breakroom, Offices, Conference Rooms, Entry Ways, Mailroom, and Storage Areas. Duties trash removal, moping, vacuuming, cleaning/disinfecting breakroom, restrooms, thorough cleaning and surface dusting (desktops, windowsills, fingerprints from entrance glass, appliance exteriors, and checking for spills on carpets).
Monitor and remove trash from sidewalks, parking areas, and driveways. Periodic removal of spider webs from exterior windows and overhangs.
Hours: 11:30 - 4:30 pm Mondays thru Friday - All Federal Holidays observed and paid - Must be able to pass Security Clearance
