Account Manager At Array Information Technology, our mission is to modernize and maintain the complex applications and systems that drive our country’s National Defense and Homeland Security posture. ARRAY Information Technology, Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and goal-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will primarily focus on managing ARRAY’s Air Force contracts working with both government and partner program managers. Responsibilities involve major aspects of staffing and personnel management, customer relationship management, service delivery, and account growth. Responsibilities

  • Work with Air Force and business partner stakeholders to understand and assist them in achieving their goals and objectives and help them identify staffing needs with respect to their requirements/deliverables.
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with government and business partner decision-makers and influencers based on open communication, collaboration, and trust.
  • Provide technology and hiring solutions to expertly maintain the scope of support for the operations of current Air Force contracts to ensure quality services are delivered to the government customer.
  • Market and position ARRAY to fulfill and grow our Air Force programs and business partners’ open requirements.
  • Manage human resource tasks for assigned people including hiring, performance evaluations and feedback, professional development, timecard approvals, etc.
  • Manage service delivery against Array objectives for quality, revenue, gross margin, and growth. Establish account strategy, opportunity targeting, and track results.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account and delivery management
  • Experience in supporting Federal Govt and partner company customers with delivery and business development of IT solutions and services.
  • Experience developing relationships at the program through executive levels, as well as across functional areas such as human resources, contracting, business development, procurement, finance, etc.
  • A proven track record of exceeding assigned goals.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using analytical skills requiring a keen attention to detail
  • Background in technology staffing/solutions desired
  • Bachelor’s Degree desired
