Responsibilities
We exist to give people an experience that exceeds their expectations, every single day. The desire to do so is the most important responsibility all of us have!
Establishing a team-based environment by helping with cleanliness of the dining room, running side work, and helping out wherever is needed.
Show up on time and ready to work in proper uniform.
Greet every guest with a genuine smile and in a professional manner.
Walking guests through our food and beer menu items and making suggestions on items that will best fit their needs.
Taking guests order in a timely manner and ringing orders into the kitchen accurately.
Help deliver orders to our guest, ensuring orders meet our standards, and delivering them in a timely manner.
Pre-bussing tables and eliminating unwanted items from the table.
Answering phones and assisting guests with to go orders.
Handling guest’s payment transactions promptly and accurately.
Skills
Ability to work with a team and actively engage with the other team members to achieve a common goal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow all sanitation procedures.
Excellent communication skills.
