- Client is tasked with managing the department's internet site. We are seeking a developer who has experience in web design and layout to lead in the re-design of the department's website.
- Responsible for the re-design/development of the department's internet website by incorporating management's requests using the existing site software, along with any tools and techniques to maintain content in a user-friendly manner.
- Assist web contributors in the re-design and coordinate updates to the web servers.
- Responsibilities include human factors engineering, usability testing for web based applications, along with metrics settings and monitoring for assessing the usability of the web application.
- Responsible for documentation of the site design and determining technical requirements.
- HTML/CSS, SQL/MYSQL, Linux server, APIs
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure and self-motivated.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of combined IT and graphic design experience.
- Able to understand HTML, PHP, SQL and strong working knowledge of Web generators and photographic libraries.
- Possesses a portfolio of Web sites or solutions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Graphic Design, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
- WordPress • PHP • C# • Google Analytics or other Web Analytical software • Content Management System.
