- Provide support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with Cisco Unified Collaboration Suite
- Provide support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with Cisco IP Phones.
- Provide after-hours support when necessary to complete project tasks or incident resolution during on-call rotation.
- Provide responsible, timely, detailed status of assigned activities
- Define/adhere to IT standards, policies & procedures
- Ability to interact with all level of company personnel
- Effectively communicate with all individuals
- Hands-on experience working with Call managers.
- Exemplary troubleshooting skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in Cisco Environment
- 2+ UCCX Scripting experience required
- Hands-on technical experience with Cisco, UCCX, and VOIP Engineering
- Ability to work with vendors on solutions/designing unique requirements for agencies.
- Responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and coordinating VoIP solutions.
- Must have experience in the following:
- Cisco Unity Connection
- Cisco Unified Contact Center Express with Social Miner
- Cisco Prime Collaboration Deployment/Provisioning/Assurance
- Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced
- Cisco Webex Teams/Meetings
- This role requires excellent communications skills, both with team members and business contacts at different levels.
- Must work well in a team environment
- Candidate with familiarization with Linux API is a PLUS
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (Voice or Collaboration).
- Additional Professional Level Certifications are a plus but not required
