Deal, let’s go!The role.Innomotics LLC is looking for a Service Sales Specialists focused on growing the service business and passionate about serving customers. This is an individual contributor position reporting to the Service Sales Specialist Manager. This individual will have an assigned geographic territory supporting the sales account managers to enable service growth and working closely with the business functional teams ensuring that the sales strategies are aligned with customer excellence and the set financial targets are achieved.States covered in this region are:Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota.Travel expectation is 50%+.Responsibilities :

Define and implement G2M strategy for the assigned territory

Analyze existing install base and define leads/target accounts for the sales team

Supports direct and indirect sales account managers during all stages of the service sales process, both on site and remotely

Supervise sales activities and performance to ensure targets are met and exceeded for assigned territory

Train, coach, support & develop channel (Reps, distribution, etc.) including sales account managers to drive appropriate coverage of markets and customers

Establish strategic agreements (MSA, LTSA) with key service customers

Act as a subject matter authority on services portfolio elements and processes

Drive Innomotics digitalization strategy with all customers

Serves as the critical issue liaison between the customer and delivery team

Provide inputs to the business functional team to optimize processes related to customer issues, tactical problems that require immediate attention

Provide insights to Innovation team on new service portfolio offerings

Leads and actively engage in division growth initiatives

Your profile.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field

5-10 years of validated experience services in sales or business development roles with a track record of success in achieving goals

Good mix of New Business Development Skills and Account Management

Skills in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required.

Process Oriented and good know how of CRM tools (Sales Force, Microsoft 365)

Ability to work in teams in a fast-paced dynamic environment

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

Excellent communication skills and ability to influence internal and external customers

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Education/Experience

5-10 years’ experience in electrical technology (Drives, Automation, Motors, Switchgear)

Experience in B2B aftermarket sales a plus.

Experience in targeted customer markets is helpful (Oil & Gas, Power Gen, Chemical, Municipal)

The pay range for this position is $87,000 - $149,200.
