- To provide good quality responses for new customers
- Responsible for interfacing with customers and performing root cause analysis
- Contributing to the sales team to win more project orders by eliminating quality complaints
- Must be able to perform initial analysis on quality issues and establish permanent improvement measures
- Should be able to create 8D reports on quality issues and communicate with customers based on them
- Must be able to manage the Quality System (QMS) and be able to monitor daily base
- Must be able to manage warehouse quality. (Operator training, C/Point set up, FIFO management, etc.)
- Execute initial analysis on quality issues and respond quickly to customers
- At least 2-3 years in the automotive-quality industry
- Bachelor's degree in electronics (preferred) or mechanics
- Must be able to travel within USA, to Mexico and Asia
- Bilingual (Korean/English)
- Candidates who can interpret mechanical or circuit drawings
