Our client, a leader in construction materials is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join their team on the overnight shift. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be part of an intrical part of the smooth production of finished materials. The ideal candidate will have team working mentality, knowledge of manufacturing and have a keen eye for detail which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: MANUFACTURING QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIANLocation: MONTGOMERY, NYPay Range: $21.01/HRWhat’s the Job?
Verify suitability of all finished goods
Testing of finished product during and after production
Read close tolerance gauges, meters and tape measures
Assist in training of new team members
Understanding and Monitoring of Mahlo system
What’s Needed?
Knowledge of manufacturing/processing specifications and quality standards for products.
Knowledge of the operation of product test equipment
Knowledge of safety aspects of all equipment as well as the plant’s general safety
Understanding the impact of sending incorrect/defective product.
Must Certify as a forklift operator
