- Administrative scheduling and logging of events, presentations, classes, lessons, and other events held in AUTLC facilities. Manage calendars and announcements of AUTLC events and activities using both physical and electronic/online means.
- Support the Learning Analyst with data collection and analytics, recording and compilation of learner/attendee data for all AUTLC events both internal and external to the AUTLC facilities and events to include data with learner/attendee feedback.
- Assist the Learning Analyst to create and provide summaries and data visualizations of AUTLC data in tabular and/or graphical formats to support AUTLC data collection, activity reports, and assessment analytics and improvement activities at the AUTLC. Communicate findings to the AUTLC and other stakeholders with professionalism and proactive knowledge of the operating environment. Assist AUTLC team members with technical editing and professional communication (written, verbal, and visual) in associated products.
- Demonstrate specific knowledge of and operational familiarity with the AU s AF Public Information Management System (AFPIMS) to manage AUTLC s online presence.
- Administer the use of AUTLC facilities for classes, presentations, and events. Assist faculty and presenters with setting up classroom furniture, as well as presentation materials and products for distribution to attendees. This coordination will require daily and sustained physical presence onsite in the AUTLC facilities. Contractor will provide daily basic sanitation and minor cleaning of AUTLC common areas to include trash removal.
- Provide assistance and information to AUTLC visitors and customers using email, phone, and in person communications. Answer basic questions about AUTLC support and operations. Customer service duties will require daily and sustained physical presence onsite in the AUTLC while demonstrating exemplary professionalism and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work well under pressure.
- Provide event coordination, planning, and execution for AUTLC hosted events and contribute to evaluation of events.
- Manage AUTLC assets, such as technical equipment available on loan to faculty and students and those that are assigned to AUTLC personnel. Perform all associated information security and technical troubleshooting activities, including roles assigned by appointment letter (AFPIMS Content Provider, Security Liaison, Primary Equipment Custodian, and Primary Software Manager). Assist with the acquisition of new assets and manage inventory.
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
- Minimum of a Bachelor s Degree with at least 1 year of subject matter expertise or an Associate s Degree with 3 years of subject matter expertise.
- Demonstrated knowledge, training, and education in data collection, entry, and validation, data visualization.
- Demonstrated knowledge, training, and education in data upload/transfer to electronic resources electronic resources compatible with Canvas, CSV, MS 365 and other standard formats to support learning management system, student information system, accreditation management system and strategic planning system.
- Experience in event planning and coordination for groups of up to 500, including distinguished visitors at the General Officer and Senior Executive Service (and equivalent) levels.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills and the ability to work independently on multiple concurrent and high-visibility projects under a deadline.
- Demonstrate impeccable interpersonal skills and customer service ethos and the ability and willingness to serve in a highly visible role as a representative of the AUTLC.
- Ability to meet physical requirements for such activities as light cleaning, moving office furniture for event configuration, and moving/operating various types of technical equipment (such as computers, immersive learning technologies, video and photography equipment, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to practice professional discretion with sensitive and secure information related to personnel and operations of the AUTLC.
- Must be willing to travel (5% or less).
