Customer Service Associate needed for the upcoming 2020-2021 tax season. At Jackson Hewitt Tax Service we work hard for the hardest working. For our clients, the tax return is the most important financial event of the year, and the biggest paycheck many will receive.
As a Customer Service Associate for Jackson Hewitt Tax Service you will be responsible for handling an array of front-facing tasks, especially with COVID-19. Some of these tasks include, but are not limited to:
Interacting with customers over the phone, in person, and via email.
Verifying customer information and documents while assisting tax preparers with obtaining information for tax returns.
Maintaining the lobby, customer flow, and communications with customers.
With COVID-19, as the Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for conducting a COVID-19 screening on employees and customers; maintaining a daily log for every employee and customer screened; and sterilizing and maintaining the front office.
Throughout all these interactions the Customer Service Associate for Jackson Hewitt Tax Service must maintain a high level of professionalism and present each task in the best way possible. Every interaction between the Customer Service Associate and customer must add value to the organization.
