Must be able to design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business needs. Must be able to accommodate specific role and access-based requirements for user access. Must be able to analyze data and build appropriate data warehouse structures for performance-based Power BI report improvements. Experience with Windows operating systems, SQL Server, and SSIS. Experience with Enterprise Reporting/Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing concepts, presenting insight via visualization tools (WebI), data modeling, database design, relational, denormalized and normalized databases, and data governance concepts. Technical Environment: Server 2016 (Server and Oracle Database) SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.2 Skills RequiredAt least 5 years Enterprise Reporting/Business Intelligence experience Current experience in MS Power BI connection types (Oracle direct, Azure SQL data warehouse, ODBC), configurations and data flows (power query) Current experience in administering Power BI permissions, roles, security and securing data layers based on specific identifiers such as role and/or agency Skills PreferredCurrent experience in analyzing data for fact vs dimensional data configurations Current or previous experience with Accounting or H/R based Power BI reporting structures Current or previous experience with Accounting or H/R based Enterprise Reporting/Business Intelligence report development Current or previous experience with CGI Advantage 3.10 and 3.11 data structures Experience RequiredTypically has 3 to 5 years of IT work experience in software development, installation and modification in an online environment. Education RequiredBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields. Or equivalent work experience. Education PreferredMicrosoft Certs are a plus
