We are seeking an outgoing individual to work with customers in our Technical Support Department and install products on site when needed. The candidate will need to be able to travel when needed. Travel averages 25%.

The ideal candidate for this position would possess excellent communication skills, be organized and be able to multi-task on a daily basis. Computer skills, speed and accuracy are required.

Responsibilities include -

Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues with customers and technicians

Follow up with customers throughout the troubleshooting process to ensure that all customer expectations are met.

Conduct training sessions for customers enabling them to properly and effectively operate our equipment.

Maintain accurate documents and updates in our CRM.

Requirements -

High School Diploma

1-2 years of experience is preferred
