The successful applicant will be responsible for, full project lifecycle of solutions within the ENGLink CRM application suite based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, Software as a Service (SaaS). In this capacity, you will coordinate with Information Technology staff and End Users on requested Microsoft Dynamics 365 customizations, and will review the technical requirements to architect, design, test, implement, and maintain a solution. You'll analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution being developed considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. You'll participate in sprint development including disciplined testing (unit, functional, regression) and reviews as a continuous process, to avoid finding issues at the end of sprint development. Develop the features and capabilities, including source code, as work items in the repository that were established in the sprint plan. As part of the development process, create discrete test cases that can be automated to expedite platform testing. Your contributions and leadership will be vital to providing a positive, high quality user experience to our nation's veterans. The overall program supports the sustainment, operations, maintenance, and enhancement of the D365-based systems and their integrations with ENGLink Interactive Application supporting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) suite utilized by over 36,000 users in the emergency management community. Previous experience working with MS Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM /Dynamics Customer Experience (CE) or with in Department of Defense (DoD) applications is preferred. Experience working in support of Federal, State, or Tribal Governments, or a health care client is highly desired. The candidate will regularly interact with stakeholders, Business Area leadership, USACE HQ stakeholders and COR, and is expected to document and report any issues that arise. This position is located at a government site in Mobile Alabama.

Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the:
  • Learn and optimize customer-related business processes of the ENGLink's MS Dynamics 365 CRM application suite.
  • Perform as a senior developer for the delivery of Dynamics 365 configuration, custom assembly development, integration code and data migration scripts
  • Acts as highest-level technical expert, addressing problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.
  • Perform architecture, design and development of full-lifecycle development efforts which are based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM, Canvas or Model Driven frameworks
  • May lead a large development team in design of highly complex software systems.
  • Works independently designing and developing new software products or major enhancements to existing software.
  • Acts as highest-level technical expert, addressing problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.
  • Lead the development of user stories, use cases and design artifacts to effectively convey requirements to both client stakeholders
  • Contribute to ENGLink's architectural best practices and Dynamics customization standards to be utilized on Dynamics 365-based projects
  • Deep knowledge of the Dynamics CRM, Customer Engagement, USD, Interactive Service Hub, Field Service and Portals. Strong understanding of when to use of native features and when it is appropriate to use custom development. Ability to successfully communicate this information to both internal and client teams.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure that customization code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being followed
  • Maintain, manage, develop, and design MS Dynamics CRM applications
  • Customize and optimize CRM applications in support of business functions
  • Provide front-end Dynamics CRM development capabilities
  • Support internal users on the use of Dynamics CRM
  • Deliver quality code and fixes, on time, with rigorous testing
  • Document design, tasks, bugs, user stories, requirements
  • Assist with unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing prior to production deployment
  • Support system interruptions and ticket resolutions in customer required timeframes
  • Support to DevOps test planning and execution;
  • Support review and risk assessment of Change Requests;
  • Communication of any issues, problems, or risks to leadership with recommended solutions;
  • Meeting attendance with program personnel and ENGLink stakeholders and support to reporting efforts;
  • Preparation of ad-hoc reports and presentations for PMO and RSC personnel, and;
  • Utilization of professional judgement, critical thinking skills and research to resolve issues affecting system performance.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in business related field, engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline, or equivalent experience, with at least 10 years of experience performing complex development projects;
  • Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ D365;
  • In-depth hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, the entity model, security model, and Web services;
  • In-depth hands-on knowledge of Model Driven applications and the Common Data Service (CDS);
  • Extensive .NET Framework and C# development experience including experience with the CRM API;
  • Hands-on experience architecting solutions that involve Dynamics customization to include server side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies, plug-ins, Customer Engagement, USD, Interactive Service Hub, Field Service and Portals;
  • Experience with customizing the Web client and Dynamics CRM for Microsoft Office Outlook;
  • Experience with ADO.NET, ASP.NET, Windows Communication and Workflow Foundations;
  • Extensive JavaScript, HTML design, and development experience;
  • Experience architecting business solutions based on SQL Server database, reporting and integration services.
  • Experience with object-oriented design and Service Oriented Architectures (SOA);
