Four Seasons Apartments is looking for either a Sherriff's Deputy or Mobile City Police Officer to fill the position of a Courtesy Officer. This position requires that the Courtesy Officer live on property. A qualified candidate must have a patrol car that he or she is able to take home nightly. He or she will be responsible for attending to noise complaints, locking and unlocking amenity gates, nightly patrol (depending on schedule), and reporting to Property Manager. He or she will also receive half off of their apartment's rent. Only serious inquiries please.
