RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides timely, courteous service and assistance in response to fleet inquiries.

Handles HEAT support correspondence to track issues/requests, document updates and resolutions, and maintaining activity reports.

Enforces fleet policy to ensure the efficient and economical use and operation of several hundreds of company-owned or leased vehicles (inclusive of cars, trailers, owned or leased tractors and pickup trucks).

Conducts scheduled audits of fleet data.

Maintains accurate inventories of the equipment and titles.

Processes invoices by obtaining approvals and providing accurate G/L coding.

Identifies cost savings, cost avoidance and improvement opportunities.

Handles the acquisition and disposal for company vehicles.

Coordinates vehicle inspection, licensing, titles, insurance, safety, and accident reviews.

Monitors maintenance schedules, keeps accurate inventory of vehicles and other activities that support the operations of the equipment.

Develops and maintains performance reporting.

Other duties as be assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

A minimum of 2 years business experience, preferably in customer service, finance, audit, transportation, logistics, or supply chain.

Experience involving company car or truck fleets is desirable.

Good communication skills, written and verbal.

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Self-starter able to work in a team environment.
