Sales Consultants are responsible for the day-to-day sales of homes within our community. Listed below are some of the responsibilities of the sales consultant:

Responsible for selling model home inventory and brokerage listings and obtaining listing agreements to sell pre-owned homes within the community.

Closing the sale of homes by meeting with prospective buyers, entering new visitor registration cards into the prospect tracking system, showing inventory homes, ordering new homes, submitting new applications for approval and taking the necessary steps to facilitate closings on deals in progress.

Manage prospective buyers in an onsite guest house program.

Post to Social Media accounts.

Sales Excellence and the ability to ask for the sale.

Numerous additional day-to-day operational items.

Additional responsibilities include:

Generate sales leads and opportunities within the community.

Measurement of home sites and ordering new & inventory homes.

Obtain contractor estimates for construction costs & pricing.

Oversight of all aspects of new home construction process.

Assist in the development of the advertising and marketing budget.

Opportunity is located in a unique upscale 55+ Active Adult / Senior retirement community in Foley, AL. The community features homes from 900 to 2000 sq feet with many extras, including over-sized carports, sunrooms, decks, porches and some with garages.

The community amenities will help you achieve sales success by offering potential buyers a gated entry along with a beautiful new large clubhouse with multiple social rooms, swimming pool, heated spa, sauna, fitness/wellness center, tennis/pickle ball/bocce ball/basketball and shuffleboard courts, nature trails, firepit & lakeside pavilion in a golf cart friendly community with daily social activities.

In order to be successful in this position the ideal candidate must be willing to work some non-conventional hours including weekends and have a minimum of 2-3 years sales experience in the housing industry.

Position includes a base salary + commissions on each home sale which has the potential to be $100k+ per year income.

NO Real Estate license is required to start.
