Responsibilities:
Keep common areas clean and presentable (picnic area, common area's, office, etc.)
Remove trash and recycling promptly and properly
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform light cleaning tasks
Assist with light maintenance and repair duties
Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas
Set up or break down furniture and equipment for events or meetings
Report any safety or maintenance issues to management
Respond to requests from staff, residents, or guests professionally and promptly
Schedule
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Some Weekends (if needed)
Must have reliable transportation.
