Looking for a dedicated LPN or RN nurse willing to care for a special needs 4yr old male pediatric patient with cerebral palsy . Patient needs to be transported to and from different physical therapy and doctor appointments, patient needs diaper changes, GT feeding , fed purées by mouth as needed ,and nurse must be able to transfer him from his chair to stander .
Patient doesn’t have a Trach.
Job pays $23/hr LPN
$26/hr RN
The hours needed are at least 18 a week but allowed 40 a week if nurse would like extra hours .
Monday , Wednesday, and Thursday 12pm-5Pm extra hours are available for this patient if nurse desires.
