The ideal candidate will be well versed in full systems development life cycle, enterprise-wide network engineering, strategic information planning, business process reengineering, structure, and management practices. Must be able to identify risks and mitigate incidents to the program.Person must have a solid technical foundation, is customer focused, has experience putting together end to end solutions for pursuits, brings a proven track record of successful program executions and capture efforts, and is driven to grow the business with technical excellence in all arenas.
