.Net/React Developer

Our client needs a .net developer who has experience with both React and WCF. They are going to be a solution lead working with an off shore development team and 3rd party vendors. They will also get experience with Azure, but it is not required to previously have worked with Azure. Our client can consider US Citizens, GC, and H4 EAD candidates that are able to go perm.
