Desktop Support Analyst
Responsible for installation and support of computers, servers, and network devices. Job responsibilities include:· Installation and maintenance of workstations and server hardware and software · Installation of operating system and application patches and updates · Documentation of network environment · Monitor usage and performance · Provides end-user computer and application support requests · Maintain printers · Support of Wide Area Network (WAN) hardware and circuits · Management of firewall including access rules and content filter management · Monitor and maintain network backup processes · Maintain malware on all workstations and servers · Support the email and spam filter environment · Provide user management including adding, changing, and removing network accountsVacancy caducado!
