Job Description/Responsibilities:

Applicants should have a strong work ethic and ability to excel in both a team environment and under minimal supervision, be very customer-focused, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and must be able to work efficiently under pressure.

Job Duties:

Liaison for clients and internal departments to ensure satisfaction.

Project Management for new agents and resellers for onboarding and training to completion.

Prepare & deliver annual, semi-annual, and quarterly reports and client program reviews.

Schedule & perform regular client check in’s and satisfaction calls.

Maintain accurate records, account updates, and notes in the provided CRM.

Focus on the client experience, responding promptly to all inquiries with a service-oriented mindset in a professional and accurate manner.

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with team members and peers.

Support company, team, and individual goals.

Assist in developing deals, quoting, providing solutions for upgrades and renewals.

Manage process for customer retention.

Manage process for agent engagement.

Tracking and Notification of Contract Expirations.

Qualifications:

Exemplifies a desire to serve and help others.

Strong ability to work with varying technologies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Office 365 products, Data, Analytics, and Reporting.

Ability to maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
