Tameron Honda Eastern Shore Inc. is looking for BDC Agents to work in our Business Development Center . The agents would be supporting our Special Finance Operations in providing an awesome experience to our customers . The BDC Agent is the first point of contact for our customers and helps set the tone for their entire experience with our dealership . You would be working with potential customers that are in need of the special financing programs ( people that have tough credit situations )that we offer .You would be replying to their inquiries for help and setting up an appointment to visit our special finance center . Requirements:
- Good work ethic
-No Previous Experience needed - we provide on the job training
-Great Attitude
-Able to communicate effectively
-Willingness to learn and engage with our proven follow-up process -Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen
Responsibilities:
Call and correspond via different avenues with new and existing prospects to follow up with their inquiries
Assist customers in setting appointments to visit the dealership
Keep track of your daily calls, correspondence, and appointments
Report to Manager on objectives, planned activities, and customer interaction .
Provide excellent customer service experience
Maintain communication with Managers and Sales Associates regarding customers.
