Industry leading HVAC/R Service Company founded on years of hiring successful employees is seeking a Branch Manager for our Mobile Alabama office. This position manages and directs the marketing, operations, and administrative activities of the branch for the successful growth of a profitable operation.

Duties:
Research and identify emerging and growing markets.
Develop strategies to attain new business.
Build long-term relationships in order to retain customers.
Achieves acceptable profits by managing key performance indicators
Communicates a clear vision of the corporate / branch goals, objectives, and standards, and inspires team members to work effectively to accomplish goals and objectives and comply with standards.
Selects and retains high quality employees by following a disciplined hiring process by demonstrating effective leadership skills. Rewards individual effort, dedication, and the contribution.
Promote our strong organizational culture of safety through continuous coaching, motivating and setting clear expectations. Maintain OSHA Recordable Incident Rate goal.
Attracts, hires, and retains employee talent. Directs and develops existing employees.
Builds positive relationships and cultivates teamwork. Works in cooperation with coworkers and managers of other branches and divisions to achieve company goals.
Maintains legal and ethical standards and projects a proper image while representing the Company.
Performs other job-related duties including, but not limited to, budget management, collections oversight and the continual review of capital assets and investments.
Requirements
10+ years industry experience (HVAC/R or Commercial Cooking Equipment)
3+ years experience in an upper management/ leadership role/ equivalent work experience.
Ability to lead people and get results through others
Ability to think ahead and plan over a specific time span
Ability to establish high performance teams and strong team players
Advanced financial knowledge sufficient to understand/build/manage financial budgets and statements
Identifying Sales Opportunities
Analyzes and Prioritizes Opportunities
Superior time management skills, ability to handle multiple projects, set priorities and plan
Strong use of influencing skills to gain alignment agreement and commitments
Strong communication, collaboration, influence and impact skills at all levels within the organization
