Entry Level IT Technician (on-site) | 15076Contract - 6 months - Contract Pay rate: $10-$12/hr.TECHEAD is looking for an Entry Level IT Technician to join one of our client’s teams! The client is a single source of IT solutions for businesses and organizations of all sizes. As a local IT service provider, they are seeking a qualified candidate to fill an entry-level position.Duties/Responsibilities: Accurately diagnose and repair computers to working condition for our customers. Candidate will need to be able to follow instructions and accurately record repairs and close tickets. Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming. Label and clean computers as needed. Ability to maintain a clean workstation. Must have general knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.Skills: Preferred Candidate will need to have the following abilities:- Troubleshoot a variety of computer issues. - Excellent time management skills. - Maintain a professional appearance at all times - Ability to work as a team player in a professional environment. - Accurately and legibly fill out repair tickets. - Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks. - Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. with no restrictions. - Ability to pass a background check. - Clean driving record is a must.Experience: - High school diploma - 2 years associate degree or relevant experience - A+ certification a plus (not required)Vacancy caducado!
