Every day is fast-paced and different — perfect for someone who likes variety, teamwork, and getting things done.Shift Full-time, Monday–Friday standard business hoursKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate shipments from pickup to deliveryTrack and monitor freight, resolving any delays or disruptionsSupport customers and carriers via email and phone with updates and problem resolutionProcess carrier paperwork and invoices; assist with billing issues when neededJump in to support teammates and accounts as needed (cross training provided)Work Environment: Fast-paced, team-oriented logistics office setting. Frequent use of computer systems, email, and phone communication.
