Web Developer to join our team to support the U.S. Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC).Your day-to-day work will include:- Supporting Web Software Application & Programming for the U.S. Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC) and the Army Materiel Command (AMC) Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
- Researching, designing, implementing, and managing Web applications that are compatible to commercial and military’s cloud environments.
- Assisting in troubleshooting Web related issues.
- Taking ownership of all Web issues related to ensure all incidents are resolved.
- Troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis on chronic issues and major incidents with FMS Web Sites.
- Planning, managing and executing Web changes; in accordance to proper change management protocol.
- Receiving and fulfilling customer requested regarding the USASAC Web deployment / updates.
- Tracking and following up on all change/incident request tickets escalated to other teams, ensure that the tickets are attended to and resolved.
- Working closely with developers, System Admin, DB Admin, Software, Technical Writer, and PMs.
- Web troubleshooting, diagnostic log review and issue resolution.
- Web creation and configuration
- Web search and user profile service configuration and troubleshooting.
- Executing detailed tasks from technical lead and project manager.
- An active SECRET security clearance
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other related discipline.
- 5+years of General IT Experience with at least four (4) years of specialized experience in full life cycle software system in Web Development (ASP.NET).
- Have a CompTIA Security+.
- Both Technical and working experience towards the following areas are strongly desired:
- C#, ASP, ASP.NET, IIS, TFS Azure Dev Ops, Server Administration (SA) tools, Crystal Reports, SQL Server Query Builder, HTML, Java Script, Visual Basic, Visual Basic.NET, XML, Windows Server, SharePoint, MS SQL, PowerShell, Windows infrastructure such as DNS, DHCP, TCPIP and WINS, and Office 365 Administrative Portal.
