Description SAIC is currently seeking a SharePoint Operations Developer to join our team at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL.

Position is in support of the Information Technology Support Service III (ITSSIII) contract.

Job Description:

Currently seeking a senior level SharePoint Developer with experience in designing and developing custom SharePoint solutions. The candidate should understand how to use custom development to design master page templates, themes, and packages using SharePoint Designer or Visual Studio/.NET and other web UI development tools. They should be an analytical and creative designer who can develop innovative branding and graphic designed templates. A strong portfolio of successful branding/design history is essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide options for SharePoint master page design templates
  • Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
  • Develop wireframes/storyboards and prototypes around users' needs
  • Design custom web parts and graphics to be used as a standard look and feel across the SharePoint farm
  • Find creative ways to solve Design problems (e.g. usability, findability) and Implement attractive design
  • Communicate designs and prototypes to developers when needed
  • Use workflows for approval and other business processes
  • Trouble shoot workflows and other issues throughout the SharePoint farm
  • Communicate and justify design decisions to stakeholders and articulate solutions
  • Use SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio; Implement master pages, views, templates and other custom components requirements
  • Knowledge and experience designing using responsive and adaptive design approaches
  • Gather/document business and functional requirements is preferred
  • Design and implement dynamic Web content and Web-server applications using Microsoft best practices. Primary use of client-side code, including such languages as HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, JavaScript, XML, Web services, REST API, and Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP
  • Utilize native SharePoint technologies and, when a more custom solution is needed, design and develop a user-friendly end product.
  • Develop to comply with DoD STIGs and adhere to strict information assurance requirements within a secure, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)-hosted environment.

Qualifications Required Education: BS Degree in engineering, IT, or related field and five (5) years or more of experience (9 years of experience accepted in lieu of degree) Required Clearance: Applicantselected must currently possess a minimum of an Interim Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Required Qualifications:
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite or other graphics design software
  • Professional experience with SharePoint Designer 2013/2016
  • Professional Experience with SharePoint 2013/2016/2019
  • Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell
  • Experience with Nintex Workflow/Forms
  • Familiarity with Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET
  • Professional experience with CSS, HTML, XHTML, JavaScript
  • CompTIA Security+ certification
