JOB SUMMARY
Re-Bath is the nation’s largest complete bathroom remodeler, and we are seeking a full-time Installer and remodeling expert! We design complete bathroom remodels, tub and shower updates, and help with aging and accessibility solutions for our customers.
Our Installers will enjoy comprehensive training, a company-owned vehicle and the tools and equipment necessary to complete our customers remodeling process from demolition through job completion.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Manage complete bathroom remodeling projects
Provide consistently high levels of job quality
Maintain a strong sense of customer service
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction, including finish carpentry work
Be a self-starter with an outstanding customer-oriented attitude
Demonstrate people and organizational skills
Be a team player
Exhibit a high level of skill in the remodeling field
Willing to incorporate proven installation and remodeling systems
Value careful attention to detail
Understand the importance of dependability
Hold a valid driver’s license with a spotless driving record
Have a high school diploma or equivalent
Be able to pass a criminal background check and a random drug test
Be willing to follow company policies and procedures
Be able to lift 50 lbs, reach, lift, and climb
