Wayne J. Griffin Electric, Inc., a leading area electrical subcontractor throughout the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and New England regions, is seeking Electricians and Electrical Apprentices for a high-profile Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) industrial project in the Huntsville, AL area.
Employees on this project shall receive federal established Prevailing Wages posted by the Federal Government standards. Per Diem is also available for the duration of the project for out-of-state workers, or if travelling in excess of 1.5 hours.

Federally Approved (NCCER) Apprenticeship Training Program
Apprentices: A minimum of six (6) months of electrical and / or construction experience. High School diploma (or equivalent).
We offer a FREE in-house Federal Bureau Apprenticeship Training Program, which is accredited by the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) and designated as an approved training site by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Apprentices benefit from on-the-job learning, where they earn a competitive wage while gaining practical field experience under the supervision of a licensed journeyperson. Progressive hourly pay increases every six (6) months as a registered apprentice with the state of Alabama.
Electricians / Mechanics: Minimum of five (5) years electrical installation experience in a commercial or industrial setting required, as well as a High School diploma or equivalent.
