- Act as Salesforce Admin process owner including best practices, system support, and long term strategy
- Maintain deal funnel, metrics, insight analytics, lead generation, market research activities
- Partner with the origination team to maximize deal flow and qualified acquisition opportunities
- Analyze marketing and sales campaign performance
- Streamline the prospect database
- Continually seek out new ways to target and track relationships, and streamline processes, databases, systems, tools
- Manage vendor relationships and contractors
- 1+ year professional work experience
- Related experience supporting a Sales organization in a Software/VC/PE environment
- Prior experience gathering and documenting requirements as Salesforce Admin
- Prior experience designing business processes as a project manager
- Understanding of Process Builder, Flows, Settings, Reports and Dashboards Required
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, and Community cloud, Lightning are a plus
- Salesforce certifications a strong plus
- Knowledge of BI tools such as Lookr and Tableau a Plus
