Inside Sales Representative

AutoGlassNow is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative. Inside Sales Representative position entails opening new accounts, servicing existing accounts and business-to-business sales for our auto glass company. You would work with the local store manager on ways to increase sales and revenue. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional image through proper telephone and face to face etiquette and uphold a can-do attitude at all times. If you like working independently, with only general supervision, in a fast-paced team environment we want to talk to you

Job Duties:

Servicing new accounts, bringing in new accounts

Business to business sales

Providing excellent customer service

Input documentation on all calls and follow-up with callers as needed

Opening new accounts and servicing existing accounts.

Requirements:

At least 1+ year experience in a call center, retail, or other customer service environment

· At least 1+ year experience in/ auto glass (Auto Glass Experience a Plus)

Strong communication skills

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to juggle multiple tasks

High School Diploma (or GED required)

Problem solving skills and proven time management are a must!

Valid Driver's License

Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
