Overview: We are seeking a self motivated and highly organized individual to join our team as a Community Manager. Being bi-lingual is a plus, must be able to download and use property management software on your smart phone and computer. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing manufactured housing communities (mobile home park) in Huntsville and Athens and a RV Park in Tanner, AL.

We are seeking someone who can easily and fluently speak with tenants, so being fluent in English and Spanish is a MUST. This is a part-time position with competitive pay and flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

- Collections Management: Handle collections efforts by contacting residents regarding outstanding rent payments, providing payment options, and working to find solutions that align with our policies. MONTHLY PRINTING IS REQUIRED FOR RESIDENT NOTICES.

- YOU MUST HAVE A HOME LAPTOP, COMPUTER AND PRINTER

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, payments, and communication in our CRM software- Rent Manager.

- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospective tenants, and vendors

- Customer Service: Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

Previous experience in property management or collections is ideal

- Manage administrative tasks related to leasing and resident files

- Conduct thorough tenant screenings and assist with lease signings

- Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely manner

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

- Collaborate with vendors to address property maintenance needs

- Implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and maximize occupancy rates

Skills:

- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail

- Proficient in file management and data entry

- Understanding of legal administrative procedures related to leasing and evictions

- Excellent conflict management and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to effectively communicate with residents, staff, and vendors

- Knowledge of fair housing regulations is essential

- Knowledge of contract negotiations and lease agreements
