Our team is eagerly looking for a motivated Administrative Support professional to efficiently and professionally handle the daily administrative activities within our East Region Business Area. This role will act as a point of contact for facilitating responses to general inquiries and data requests and input, for both internal and external customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Provides General Administrative Support: Perform a variety of support and general administrative assignments including filing, data entry, and tracking/correspondence while following established standards and work processes.
Generates Reports: Obtains data information identifying appropriate file parameters extracting data from downloaded and/or imported data files as requested by customers and terminal within the Region.
Provides Communication Support: Serves as a point of contact and facilitate responses to general inquiries and data requests from both internal and external customers. As requested or required, communicates directly with the client or providers following established processes and procedures.
Meets or Exceeds Standards for Productivity: Maintains productivity goals and standards set by the department. Insure all department rules and processes are followed. Alerts manager of system issues or other issues impacting service.
Meets or Exceeds Standards for Quality: Achieves the expected level of quality set by the department. Verifies completeness and accuracy of work. Alerts manager of issues or concerns impacting quality of work.
Requirements:
High School diploma required.
At least 1 year of business related work experience. Transportation (corporate) office experience strongly preferred.
Strong technical skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
Requires working knowledge of and applicable Transportation Industry based standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well in an individual and team environment.
Work Environment:
This position requires IN OFFICE attendance when required. (to be discussed)
Must be able to sit and use a computer keyboard for extended periods of time

Benefits:
Hourly wage - $15.00 to $17.00 based on experience.
Mon thru Friday schedule 8:00 – 4:30 – (30 minute lunch – 2 breaks 15 minutes each)
Major Medical, Dental, and Vision available after 90 introductory period
401 K available after 1 year of service
Basic six (6) Holidays
1 weeks PTO after 1 year of service
