Bunge is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their Decatur, AL team at the largest soybean crushing facility in the country.

TOP Pay – Starting at $20.54/hr.
Advancement – From this position you can move up into different Grade roles making $21.63, $22.72, $23.81/hr., and then Grade 4 roles starting at $24.91/hr.!

1 to 4 weeks of vacation – 1 week of vacation after 120 days for current year, 2 weeks after 1 yr. to 4 yrs., 3 weeks after 5 yrs. to 14 yrs., 4 weeks after 15 yrs. and 10 paid holidays.

Available Shifts:
12 hour shifts on a 3-4 / 4-3 Rotating Schedule.
Every 28 days you will rotate between 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am – You will only work 15 days per month, with 8 hours of built-in overtime every two weeks.
Limited 8 hour shift Monday – Friday (Day, Swing, Night).
