Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented independent cleaning contractors to perform short-term rental (Airbnb/Vrbo) residential and move-in / move-out cleans in Huntsville, Alabama. Jobs are available on a flexible, per-assignment basis.
1099 Contractor Position
As an independent contractor, you control your schedule and use own supplies, tools, and methods to complete jobs. We offer consistent job opportunities through our platform and support team.
Responsibilities
- Clean and rest STRs and residential homes using provided checklists
- Upload before/after photos for each assignment
- Communicate professionally with clients and team
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and reliability
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Smartphone with camera and internet access
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- At least one year of cleaning experience
