Job Title: Assembly TechnicianHuntsville, ALPay $30 - $40/hr based off Aerospace experienceKey Responsibilities

Assemble rocket engine components and systems according to detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

Perform precision alignment, fitting, and installation of parts and subassemblies.

Conduct thorough inspections and tests to ensure components meet quality and safety standards.

Utilize specialized tools and equipment for assembly and testing processes.

Document assembly procedures, test results, and maintenance activities.

Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to identify and resolve any assembly issues.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in aerospace, mechanical engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience in mechanical assembly, preferably within the aerospace or high-tech manufacturing industries.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly instructions.

Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.

Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Ability to lift and handle heavy components as required.
