Systems Administrator to join our team to support tactical Innovations and Experimentation Lab (TIEL) team in support of the Integrated Fires Mission Command. The Systems Administrator will perform duties to include responsibility for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, while ensuring performance and security of the computer systems.Your day-to-day work will include:- Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.
- Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
- Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
- Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords.
- Security management.
- Documenting system configuration.
- Troubleshooting anomalies.
- Managing Network infrastructure.
- Training Personnel using the system.
- Supporting Approval To Operate (ATO) requirements.
- An active SECRET security clearance.
- A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, electronics engineering, or computer engineering.
- 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator.
- Experience in various Operating Systems to include Linux and Microsoft products.
- Basic network experience.
- IAT Level 2 certification.
- The following certifications: Microsoft MCSA, Red Hat, LINUX, Windows, Network +, and Cisco CCNA.
